Step 1
Choose a build to flash
Pick a release channel to flash the latest published build, or load a
.wcfb flash bundle from your disk.
or load from disk
Step 2
Put the board into USB boot mode
The board must start in USB recovery so it appears as a DFU device.
- Disconnect power from the WomoNET.core device.
- Set DIP switch SW1 to USB boot: all three switches (1, 2, 3) ON, as shown.
- Connect the device to this computer with a USB cable.
- Power the device on.
When you click below, your browser will ask which USB device to use. Pick the
STMicroelectronics DFU device (0483:df11).
Step 3
Flashing
Keep the device powered and the USB cable connected until this finishes.
Next stage ready
The board re-connected for the next stage. Your browser will ask for a device
again — pick the STMicroelectronics DFU device (0483:df11) again to continue.
Bootloader ready
The board restarted into its bootloader. Your browser will ask for a device
again — pick the fastboot gadget (1d6b:0104) to continue.
Done
The operating system was flashed onto the device.
Set DIP switch SW1 back to eMMC boot (switch 1 ON, 2 OFF, 3 ON, as shown) and power-cycle the device to boot it standalone from eMMC.
The first boot prepares the data storage and can take a minute or two. Leave the device powered on until it has finished starting up.
